Terms and Conditions

 

Booking Conditions

  • When collecting keys guests must complete a registration form and provide a $500.00 bond by either credit card or cash. This is to cover any loss or damage to the unit or loss or damage to equipment in the unit caused during the period of your stay. It is also to cover any excess cleaning, including removal of cigarette odours, which may be required following your stay. Any refund of bond will be returned to your credit card by refund or to your bank by direct deposit or will be  available for collection from 2pm on day of departure following cleaning and inspection of the property. Any deduction will be made from your bond as agreed on your Guest Register card.

  • No keys can be collected till Credit Card swipe/imprint or Bond is provided. No refund of payments if Credit Card details/Bond is not provided.
  • Full payment at the time of booking
  • Amendments to existing booking: $20.00 per amendment

 

Cancellation Conditions

  • More then 21 Days prior to arrival: Booking fee of $25.00
  • 21 – 7 days prior to arrival: One nights accommodation
  • Within 7 days of arrival date: No refund

    Agreement

    To maintain a good standard for our guests, at unit 3 The Anchorage, we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:

    1. Number of Occupants should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess occupants not agreed with the owners in advance, and in no case must the total number of occupants exceed 6.
    2. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
    3. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss of all contents are the tenants responsibility during their stay. 
    4. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
    5. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next occupants.
    6. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
    7. No smoking within the unit.
    8. Pets are not allowed.
    9. Personal property left at the premises will be returned to you via COD Australia Post
    10. The owner of the property reserves the right to enter the premise to attend to urgent maintenance as required.

    Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
